How to Report a Hate or Bias Motivated Incident:

If you witness or experience a hate- or bias-motivated incident please report it using the reporting form found below. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible. Disciplinary action may follow an investigation. Please include your name if you are seeking support services or can identify the responsible part and request disciplinary actions by the Director of Student Judicial Affairs.
